Video Calls & Lightening
- You can make video calls with your laptop or PC with a webcam.
- Your phone is often also very suitable for a good video call. The lighting is important here, so make sure that the light falls on your face from the front and do not sit with your back to the light.
- When using a mobile, make sure that your mobile is aimed at you and your instrument and cannot fall over.
Internet
- Good internet connection for a good vision and sound.
- If you work with a laptop, a wired connection is better than WiFi.
- If you use WiFi, make sure you're not too far from your WiFi router for the best signal.
- Close all programs that you do not need on your phone or computer and reduce the data traffic on the same network as much as possible so that the connection remains optimal.
Sound
- For good sound, it is best to use headphones or earplugs with a built-in microphone.
- If you have a computer with a sound card, it is possible to create better sound quality.
- The microphone must be able to handle the difference between loud and soft.
- Tip: Turn off your microphone when you're not talking. As a result, the signal is not disturbed by your background noise.
